Scam and Terrible Customer Service

A year ago, I started out really liking the service (hence the 2 stars), but as they grew, the app interface got worse & so did the phone readings. Often time chat bubbles are cut off--shortening the replies u paid for. In addition, I was often cut off and charged for readings I didnt have. Even worse, is when you contact customer service, they only have one manager, Alex, and he is only available via email and he takes his sweet time getting back to you. Tech support is also awful about responding. The other problem is that all the other customer service reps are the gatekeepers and they wont let you speak to Alex. (I dont know what they are even there for.) Now, as for the actual "psychics", some are better than others. Like the other girls review, I sunk a lot of money on Clarisse, but in a years time Im still waiting on her predictions. Im not completely stupid or naive; I know time frames are not absolute, but something should have been accurate. I still think she might be a decent person, but the system for which she works for is preying on ppl during their toughest times. So just do yourself a favor, and just dont even go down this rabbit hole by downloading the app or calling the service. Better to trust your own gut or go to a far more reputable psychic service or local psychic. Im very tempted to sue for all the money they have stolen from me & the stress theyve caused.
